That’s an interesting point. Another interesting point would be that she’s probably defrauded a bunch of lenders by claiming to be single on loan applications. And I wonder if any of the application were “signed under the penalty of perjury”.

My understanding is that someone could actually sue her on behalf of the government (the legal term is "Qui Tam") and if the suit is successful would receive a certain % of the award.
