There are smoke alarms and water detectors that will call you if they go off, but I can't find a freezer alarm that will do the same. I'm sure they are out there, I just have to keep looking.

One of my former clients had an alarm that would call if their wine cellar got above or below temps, or got opened, but I have no idea who the manufacturer was or how much he paid for it. It could have been, and likely was, stupid expensive.
