We have more than 500 acres of land with all the wood we will ever need and our drive way is exactly one mile to our house. We raise fish, our own ducks for eggs (free range), and there are plenty of wild life for additional food if and when needed. You left that out initially. Now your case is more plausible.
Where is this land of yours? ;o)
