Ordinarily I am not that sympathetic to legal claims of psychological trauma. For adults. But this does make me wonder if this little guy will have a shock of fear every time he gets ready to release a full bladder for years to come. She should pay the $2,500 fine and sue for $500,000 after taking her son to a psychologist for about six months. See how the town fathers like that.

Excellent point.

Poor little tyke has probably been reprimanded for peeing in his pants.

Now he has been arrested for trying to keep his pants dry.

At 3 years-old he now has the trauma of being accosted by a cop for trying to avoid an ‘accident’.
