I started doing this but lately my sleep schedule has been very upside down so I just pray several times during waking hours..
Last night was the first normal bedtime/sleep time I have had in ages..and I slept 8 hours.

I haven’t been following a schedule but I’m planning to join others tonight (and every night) at 6:00 Pacific Time.
