No, but he can be tried as a citizen for crimes he has committed. So, for example, if anyone produces concrete proof that he is Kenyan and not American, he can be tried for fraud and malfeasance.
THere are a variety of other scenarios that could sldo come into play but, IMO, if anyone successfully brings charges gainst him in civil or criminal court, it is most likely that he would be granted an Executive Pardon by the POTUS so that he could continue to be a pestilence upon our land.
Say he’s not “impeached” but later convicted of a crime.
Either fraud, treason or something else. Could that then bar him from holding future elective office?
