In order to fire a taser you have to take the safety off and then the trigger is only about 4 pounds, but most taser holsters automatically put the safety on when you holster if for no other reason then to turn the battery off.

This guy should expect to get fired and should expect to get sued.

Taser Gun should not normal hand gun safety rules apply to this device also.
1.Always assume it is loaded

Agree. How many people in the history of the world who are doing hard time for murder explain their actions with “the gun just went off”? Basically that they had pointed a gun at someone and that then the gun decided to spontaneously fire itself. No different here.
