Your prayers are humbly requested for one of our long-time FReepers, Salamander and her new puppy Halla.
Halla is six weeks old and by rights should still be with her mother. Salamander had to take her and rescue her from an incompetent breeder who had let her get worms along with some serious other problems.
The pup was not eating, shaking and may have some neurological damage. The vets have confirmed a cranial injury, but do not yet know how severe.
A moment out of your busy day (or night) to offer up a word to The Lord for both Sal and Halla would be appreciated. Thanks so very much!
Oh my gosh!! Would ya look at THAT??
What a happy, healthy, arm-toe-any-body-part-biting CUTE PUPPY!!!
“Dolla”...I think you’re adorable! :)
I’ll ping the prayer list later...
Thank you Lord!!
OMG...I’m so sorry about Sarah.
I surely will say prayers for her and your whole family.
So very sorry.
:(
I just got back from giving her her pm dose of daily antibiotic syrup and receiving my obligatory revenge bites because she -really- hates the taste of it.
[you’d think the Pup-Aroni she gets to remove the taste from her mouth would be enough but *no!*]
I know so many FReepers going through terrible times, right now.
It’s just heart breaking.
I wish I could give them the miracle they have given us.
So much sorrow in this world.
That’s a girl for ya. We forget NOTHING! :)
Ha ha...maybe that’s it.
Odin was such a good little boy by comparison.
:)
Thanks, Sal... we’re grateful to you for your prayers.
Little boys ARE sweet to their Mommys!
Ding ding!!! Have hubby give her those meds! Girls/Daddy...
Boys/Mommy!
She bites Daddy too.
She’s not sexist.
;]
I wish I could do more.
Oh.
Well then.
Direct line to the Almighty? How do you beat that? Thanks, friend, and say hi to Alice for me. ;-)
I did and he stuck his tongue out at me.
[which is pretty normal, really]
:)
That is an AWESOME mental picture! You need to post that on Youtube sometime!
The next time they ‘go Shatner’ on me, I will.
Right now, they’re almost ominously calm and serene.
[”dinner time” was a couple days ago..I guess they’re all happily digesting..or asleep..no eyelids...who can tell?]
;D
