I am hearing that in Southern California, too. Not necessasarily black voters, but lifelong democrats who voted for Obama in 2008, who have never missed voting in a presidential election, people who are late 50s - early 60s, say they won’t vote for Romney, but they will NOT vote for Obama this time. They are out of work and hurting! They are hungry and getting NO help from Obama.

I have spoken to a couple of black men that I know and they both said that they were not voting for the top of the ticket because they did not like either Obama or Romney.
They were all in for Obama in 2008.

L.A. blacks IMHO will vote for Odumbo but begrudgingly. Oh, how many times I’ve been on La Brea and Highland and overhear the bruthas’ bitching about the “they ain’t give him some time, man!”. Good thing I have a meeting with development people at “one of the big studios” on November 7 just to see them cry and look miserable.
