If it is “illegal”, I would like to know if anyone has actually been prosecuted and what law that they were found to have violated. I looked into it a few months ago. At that time you couldn't use a credit card or paypal... you had to send them a check. There was a $5 a month charge for having an account and a fee when you requested for them to send you a check. The site would make no comment on whether it was legal or not and I am not certain that it has ever been definitively decided by any court whether it has been determined to be an illegal betting site.
