This is the season of politics and I follow things closely. You probably know what I mean. I am reading Drudge and FR constantly. I know the times when Rasmussen and Gallup polls come out and I press refresh for the results. But I make a point of doing regular things and living life.
This post is about what to do to keep things regular and normal. So what are you doing tomorrow to keep things normal?
In the morning, i am going to do a little reloading and then I am going shooting with my daughter, her friend and her friend's father. I am looking forward to this because you can never have too many outdoors friends. This will be the first time we go shooting together even though we belong to the same club.
In the afternoon, I am going to smoke some ribs and I will watch Penn State football in the evening. (I will also watch football throughout the day while smoking, but that can be interrupted. PSU football cannot)
Lift some weights, check on my newly transplanted hot pepper plants. Finish up my long running slide scanning project.
That is a fantastic idea! I’m gonna steal it! :-)
Final class for the Citizen’s Academy put on by the local PD. We go to the gun range tomorrow. :-D If one is offered in your area, I would highly recommend it. It has been an educational blast!
Going to the Gators vs Gamecocks game in Gainesville
Har har. :)
I’m hoping to get some writing done.
Well, krap!
Tomorrow I was going to inventory my pantry and check on our SHTF supplies.
I guess I’ll have to find something “normal” to do.
i am going campaigning. it is saturday.
but after reading this thread, if I don’t feel like it, I may take the day off and leave the liberals alone. give somebody else a chance to get in on the campaign action. Spread the wealth around.
PT twice? That is intense. I get to hear the anthem from the Naval base down the road on weekends. On weekdays I am already off to work,
This week's roadkill - Temple.
Knocking on doors in Virginia for the Romney campaign....then lunch...then knocking on more doors.
Chasing “grey ghost” blacktails in the rain.
So you are a bow hunter. Nice kill. Did you get enough time to age that fine meat? (It is a bit warm to hang that in your garage.)
Morning is stretch and groan kind of stuff, after lunch is road PT (no running, walk or bike, only 3 miles).
I'm not a spring chicken, and I've got parts missing.

Well you can go to hell asshole,

running a couple hundred rounds through my new Ruger SR40c.
mow
That is sweet. Do you have the barrel shot in yet?
Actually my son got this one yesterday with his .270. And it is a bit warm. That is why he is skinned. And getting chopped tomorrow. I can temp control the shed if it is cold. Usually it is much colder this time of year and we can let them hang for a few days in the shed before we skin them. I like to keep them at 35-37 degrees until they start to grow a bit of mold.
Taking two of my sons to the Big Game in Berkeley, BEAT CAL!!!
