The problem isn't the water or ice before it falls. It is the nasty container that it falls into that never gets cleaned that's a problem.

The ones that undocumented immigrants reach into with their hands... But you are probably correct. They maybe can read the 'Employees must wash hands' sign in the bathroom.

I've worked/run commercial kitchens. There are 2 restaurants in my city that I will go to.

The good news is that people are building up an immunity to toilet water and will
be better prepared for when the SHTF.
