That interface is incredibly ugly ... there’s absolutely no excuse for each to take up that huge amount of screen space, and completely obscure the background.

If the background is what's important, save your money and get a digital picture frame.

It's an ugly interface; it looks like a pre-school caricature of a computer. Even Windows 3.1 looked better.

Heck, a monochrome, all text VT-100 hooked to a VAX looked better. A bunch of switches on an IMSAI looked better.

This is pure "different for the sake of being different", and it's nasty.
