These things come and go. I recall about seven or eight years ago we were inundated with Asian ladybugs. Apparently they had no natural enemies because they smothered light fixtures, drop ceilings in offices, you name it, it was filled with large yellow lady bugs. Haven't seen one for several years now. Don't know where they all went, and neither does anyone else, apparently.

I actually found a way to kill the little suckers...soapy water. Fill a spray bottle with soapy water, spray on the bugs directly or on the areas where they congregate (I spray around windows and doors). Spray bushes and areas close to the house, too. Works like a charm.
