For every crime like that close ten mosques.. deport 5,000 Islamists (Political Islam, sharia law advocates.)
That has such a nice ring to it.
It is a good starting point. Looser to politically correct than my ideas.
I think Islam and its book of hate speech should be wiped from the face of the earth. Irradiated. It has taken way too many purposeful and good lives all for the devil.
