Having lived in Fargo, I can tell you that people that dumb would freeze to death. It is also a state sport to test the gullibilty of visitors. One old fellow I knew from a previous life worked as a guide for a major tourist museum in the western part of the state. He actually had people convinced that Sitting Bull was a personal friend of his who ran a gas station in Belfield now.
