It is not that there is a problem - just that the latest security update for Office 2003 will not install.
Rolling back to another Restore Point will not work - it will only get rid of the other 6 seurity updates that did install.
Then just roll back and unselect the bad update and keep the 5 good ones. There is nothing else you can do about an ustable update except don’t install it.
