i referred to specific guns that are capable of handling the pressures. check a reloading book, they’ll list .45 colt loads, then .45 colt loads for ruger/ thompson with heavier max loads than a .44 magnum.

i did not know that that uberti took .45 colt though. i thank you for correcting that part.

You didn't mention handloads so it was misleading. This wasn't about handloading, it was about the repro Schofield.
