So the driver Maybe gets fired your wife gets arrested for battery, your child learns that violence is the best first course of action and you possibly loose your house and life savings in a law suit. Do you seriously think that a jury would convict my wife of assault or award damages to the driver under those circumstances?
Maybe in your part of the country, but not in mine.
