Your avg reg grocery store....dollars to donuts if this was. publix grocery store going up...all you hear are crickets....
I could understand their concens if it was a super WM @ 100,000 sq ft plus which do cause traffic issues...

And according to the article (which I just read), it also includes a Wawa. Anyone on the northeast coast would suggest that the original poster would be EXTREMELY LUCKY to have a Wawa going in nearby!
