Bella Vista does not need a Walmart. If they want something they can go SOUTH a couple of miles and there is the big one behind the Peale Mansion or they can go NORTH to the big one near Jane Missouri. Bella Vista is well covered under the Walmart umbrella.
You miss the point. Walmart has tried to enter Bella Vista on more than one occasion and Bella Vista has successfully pushed back.
