I almost feel sorry for her. Then again, she’s making alot of bad choices; living at home, living in NYC, and wearing birkienstocks.

Marriage can stink too, and she is smart enough to know it.
Also, she is very kind and giving to be living with her mother to look after her and her needs. They are no doubt good company for one another.
