I would agree, however those of us who live in California have no vote.

Do they still print ballots in english in California?

Mine is in English.
However, you can get the sample ballot in these languages:
Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean, Tagalog, Hindi, Khmer, and Thai.
I was curious, so looked it up, that’s where I got the list.
The site also says if you speak a language different than these a translator can be provided.
Apparently the printed translations are just summaries and titles, the details are still printed in English only, but you can request a translator.
Now, you know what I know (based on a government site printed June 2013)
