You're right. The goal of the second debate will be to return Romney to the media meme they had before the first debate: detached, aloof, rich, blah blah. They are going to hit him with the bleeding heart question, hoping he'll stumble or give a bad answer, and then Candy Crowley will turn to Obama and have him answer the same question. He'll do it with lots of airy leftist feelgood B.S. and the camera will cut to the formerly tearful/angry/forlorn questioner now smiling at Obama's answer.

Someone upthread posted that these townhall debates should be eliminated. I agree. They are emotive, while one on one debates are intellectual.
