Bratwurst Bake, So Easy Even A Liberal Can Do It
1 bag sauerkraut
1/2 C apple cider
1 apple, cut into slices
1 sweet onion, slivered
1/2 tsp caraway seeds, smashed
dash of garlic powder
1 tsp of brown sugar
As many bratwursts as you can afford this week
Put in a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for two hours, or stop sometime earlier if you think it is going to run up your carbon credit bill.
