In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of Word for the Day.
Disputation
Noun
Also: a controversial debate or discussion; the act or an instance of arguing
Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the Word for the Day in a sentence.
The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day.

Indeed, you are probably right. A+++
Seasonal Christmas help, part-time and temporary. I have seen signs everywhere.
Just closed on the sale of my mom’s house. Alleluia.
I see her head is buried in the blankets...probably will vote Obama again if she not too depressed to get out of bed.
It is 76 and partly cloudy, but there is a cool-and-gloomy front due sometime tomorrow-when the cool and clouds arrive, it is my intention to gather up some fruit, veggies, a book and water, head into the deep woods and spend a lot of time in my favorite secret places in silence. I will have a sidearm and my cell phone with me, but I don’t expect to use either one...
Sure, come on down to Chick-Fil-A.
All the strident disputation
Among the rabid Obama crowd
Has very little of substance-
It is pretty much just loud
They seem to have developed
A kind of convince-me cult-
They see some made-up numbers
And don’t ask for a result
Don’t look now, koolaid drinkers
But you’re being scammed again-
Carter tried the “magic wand”, too
And it didn’t help you back then
What is in that glass with the magic ice?
Whiskey or ice tea......whatever you want it to be.
Extra credit today for extra work! A+++++++
Who knew he could remember his anniversary without writing it down?
An ounce of Jack Black to sip after dinner tonight would be a rare treat I haven’t had in several years-so that’s what it is...
that has got to feel like a giant weight off of your shoulders. Congrats.
the tinkling of ice in a beverage exactly like that is what i hear every time i see Susan Estrich on TV, hahaha!
that his hysterical!!
And now it’s time for Autumnfest. Well, as soon as Sarah gets home from school.
Pitt and SU play tonight on ESPN. Wonder which team will show up?
GOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooooo SU!
I’m still laughing at the cheat notes.
