I guess they meant the headline to say” Born in Hawaii and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii. Quite a typo.
Hard to believe that in 1990 technology where you had to go through several steps including a camera ready proof that was approved by the customer before you actually print the pamphlet, that such a glaring error would go unnoticed by Obama and the printers.
I guess Obama never saw it it after it was printed either or else he would have corrected it.
