I agree with you completely about the Irish, which I, me- self am one, but the smart one's left and came here a long time ago looking for opportunity.

I wouldn't have even pointed the location of Intrade out if it weren't for "Truthy" being all worried about the Intrade odds between Obozo and Romney.....I don't think much of outlets like them and I never see them as predictors of elections either.

My prediction is that if Intrade doesn't make those numbers realistic "they are going to take a bath" on this election.

I never let a foreigner tell me what to think about my country even when I'm in their country having dinner over business.

In defense of the Irish (and I'm one too) is that they are at the mercy of their tabloids and newsrags. You are right that the best of the breed emigrated here, or Australia, long ago.
