My sister was kicked in the head by her gelding. She has a steel plate forehead. We use her as a refrigerator to stick magnets on.

Well... this is mainly true because the OBVIOUS has been left out of the pictures, and that is that the HAT must have a wire that then is connected to an actual ‘ground’. Then you are OK.

Right there's the problem with the study and its findings. Aluminum foil is not tin foil.
