My pack is just two heeler crosses. The one in the pic is a blue crossed with Dalmation (90 lbs.) he is my hunter. The other is a red crossed lab (65 lbs.) and she is hell on wheels and works cows with me sometimes, but she loves the hog hunting. She is my pure-D cowdog. They help me on walkabouts around headquarters. They eat ALOT.

I have to admit that I have three cats also.... they all belong to the red; she loves ‘em. She keeps those suckers in line.

Heelers are awesome dogs.

Born workers.

“Our” cat is hubby’s thing, now.

I’m patiently waiting for him to make his own decision and take it back to its breeder.

[the bloody ‘free cat’ took a swing at my $500 Pastel Ball Python female..that is unforgivable]

Ive had 3 heelers, 2 blues and a red, the largest was 40pnds, of course they were “pure.” My best was my mini, Billie, she was 20pnds. From inside the house I could say “truck” and she would sprint out of the house and hop in to the truck, if the window was open, the cab, if not the bed. She also could fetch beer from the fridge!
