In response to recent articles in mainstream military journals discussing the use of the U.S. Army to quell insurrections on American soil,Unless things have changed in the past few months, I don't think the military forces will fight the American public. I served for almost 40 years, and not many supported this regime. That includes all races with blacks who felt stupid voting for the won just because of skin color. Believe me, the sniper numbers on our side are in our favor.

It would take a considerable number of soldiers to control a large city like NY or LA. There just aren't enough soldiers to control literally thousands of small towns and the surrounding rural territory. Plus there's the fact that the majority of our troops come from flyover country and really aren't interested in trying to control people they're familiar with.

The sniper thing is worrisome as it was one of the worse horrors Selco talks about in his writings. There are any number of people who would take advantage of the chaos just for the thrill of the kill.
