Haven't been hit with the direct effects at this juncture. Mrs. MacNessa is watching the news - the waves are already threatening the Boardwalk at Ocean City, Maryland.

All the schools have already closed for tomorrow - I'm concerned that I may not be able to get into work tomorrow. I'm emailing the office tonight to verify that we'll be open.

I can't believe it - the subway system in New York City is already shut down.

Not to sound conspiratorial, but I hope this storm doesn't impact Election Day. I wouldn't put it past the Kenyan-in-Chief to try to delay the Election if he thought it would be to his advantage. I voted last week by absentee ballot. The early voting stations in Maryland opened yesterday - they were packed.

Prayers going up for our Beloved Nation in this dire moment!

Genuflectimus non ad principem sed ad Principem Pacis!

Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. (Isaiah 49:1 KJV)

NYC must be like a ghost town with everything shut down. I see the early voting is cancelled for tomorrow in MD.

Are you working tomorrow? :)

For some unknown reason, I had a terrible time getting to FR. Still can't get to the Canteen so guess I'll not be visiting with anyone. *sigh*

Hope any impact you get, if you get, will be very minor. Have a great Monday!
