That we can rebuild America BACK TO the great country she was so that our children and grandchildren can know what we mean we speak of her glory days. But said in a way to appeal to the hearts of young voters who dont know what the hell that means. Also, that we believe in them as Americans and we believe in THEIR love of country; that they are worthy of more than a free damn cell phone. That they are great enough to move mountains and overcome the struggles were facing as a nation, just as their grandparents, parents, etc., did, and in the right way - not accumulating more debt, etc. We are in need of some real encouragement at this point, particularly the young. Something to get our hearts back into America and our minds back on track after these 3+ years of disaster so that we can pick ourselves up off the ground, dust off, and get our country moving BACK in the right direction again.
Course Im no politician and dont speak gibberish, so the tweaking would need to be done.
But your point is excellent. Take one question and build a mental image of Reagan’s shining city on a hill in people’s minds. Explain that a few simple tweaks in the economy and foreign-policy will have us as great as we ever were. But you actually have to believe in the American people and this president clearly does not.
