Well, kinda. You see, the way the Chinese tend to cook meat would make the venison tough and chewy, and I imagine they would ty to pass it off as chopped pork in those dishes that have the tiny chopped pork.

Also, I thought they were happy to kill the meat, but didn't actually go for roadkill. The ducks in the pond at the old folks home would be in danger, but the road kill possum would be picked up by some relatives of the Clampetts.

I never eat a Chinese restaurants ,I worked delivering produce and saw what goes on in the back
