Pete’s autobiography comes out this month, can’t wait to read it.

This is one of the songs that got left off of the album, which was a shame because I thought it was great, and really explained the character of Jimmy better than anything.

Don't know if I'll read the biography. Just not a reader. (other than 10 hours of news a day on the net, WTF?)

I heard Townshend in an interview a long long time ago describing the band meeting Keith Moon. Pete said he, Roger and John were mods then and when Moon showed up to try out for the open drummer's spot he looked like a rocker so they were thinking 'oh, s#!t, this isn't going to work.' Then Moon started tying his drum kit down and they really thought they had a wacko on their hands. Of course he played, blew their minds and the need to tie down his kit became obvious. And he was in!

Four Faces made it onto the Movie Soundtrack version of Quad. That and some of the cool period music that was in the film like Green Onions, Be My Baby, highly recommended, check it out
