Remember the body-armored bandits who had the big shootout with L.A. police some years back? One of the bandits ended up shooting himself in the head which was aired countless times on crime shows. Nobody got too upset about it.
That was actually the first event on TV that I thought of when Shep was all beside himself. This driver was being chased by demons not seen by all people. You cannot outrun demons.
