Best wishes knocking your viruses down. Linus Pauling was right. Vitamin C works, and it will be as good as gold when TSHTF,
along with fish oil capsules and other really helpful vitamins and supplements.

Thanks for the info, TOL. I usually load up on C at the earliest hint and rarely get sick or a cold. “C” is amazing. I was late this time and was a little run down from a difficult work schedule.

Good to see you back Askel5! Great thread. Lots of good posts/advice
