Why the hell was the jackass in the back yard without a search warrant or any probably cause to enter? If he had come to my backdoor he might have been shot himself.
People should not go to the back door if they have legitimate business. Backdoors are for family only at my house.
Because, as has been established in this thread, cops will go to another government employee to get around the Constitution.
Take a cop who has no regard for the Constitution + a desire to shoot living things without cause + no regard for his fellow American = Dog shooting cop
