Well, it turned out pretty good. Just a little bite to it, I got it a little too sweet and a little too garlicky but I think I got it down for the next batch and I can use this batch for cooking.

I don’t like hot chile, I can’t even eat jalepenos, I go strictly mild and even then I find a hot one every once in a while.

I roasted, peeled and chopped 50 lbs. of green chile too.

Garlic itself adds a lot of sugar. It's loaded with it.

Sounds like you have a recipe that works for you, adjust and fire for effect. ;)

I try to be mindful of those that don't like really spicy, but sometimes, I forget.
