This picture looks like it was taken at a highway rest stop!
Yep, they had planned on a larger venue but had to change because the seats couldn't be filled....or it might rain.....or there was a security problem....or uhhh. Anyway, the restrooms are overflowing at the rest stop and that poor fellow had to adapt and overcome.
