That is hogwash..it is not called the Masters mediation...it is the Be Still exercise and is quite biblical. And insights given by the holy spirit when we are not caught up in our thoughts and imaginations, of course are what we need....but Roy does not go about and call the rediscovered Be Still holy. You guys really are ridiculous in your misjudgment of a noble teacher.
Your again flat wrong.
