Bingo. Funny how so few people think of these things. They will stock up on foodstuffs and other things, but often ignore medicines which could someday save their lives. As I have posted before, make sure you also have on hand children’s doses or make it your business to find out what the recommended dosages for children are and divide adult dosages accordingly.

I recommend the Physicians Desk Reference and www.galls.com for first responder first aid and trauma kits. Also, one should become certified in CPR/AED and then take the Wilderness First Aid course.
