I am very disappointed in all responses here. Clearly, and plainly, the was George W. Bush’s fault. Something Bush did in 2008 kept Obama from acting on the information presented. Or even worse, Bush purposely did something now to keep Dear Leader from acting on it. Whatever the case, this in no way Obama’s fault, he inherited all of this, this was George W. ‘s fault, and he had help from Newt, Herman, Rick, Sarah and Bob Dole. Well maybe not Bob Dole.
