No-Fault divorce is also a factor here, it was better when divorces were difficult to get. Marriages fail because when it’s easy to get divorced, people get married thinking it’s just the next phase of the relationship, and they can back out just as easily as when they first started dating. It used to be when you found out somebody was a divorcee, it was like wearing a scarlet “D”. Nowadays, there’s no shame in it.

I wish. This “divorce” has been ongoing for 2.5 years, and so far has cost us $31,000.

I think if more kids were placed with their fathers in divorces you would see a drastic reduction in divorces. Women would think twice before resorting to the divorce route.
The big money earner should get the children. Makes sense.
