If we grant this to them; what does that say about their planning skills as they would have access to reams of past weather data for this time of year?
It sounds like this is normal weather for Charlotte. Would they not be smart enough to have known that 6 months or a year ago?
Kind of like planning an outdoor event in Iowa in January; then having to cancel because it was below freezing.

What’s with the reports of heavy rain....one from a radio reporter several hours ago and another from one of NRO’s tweeters at 6:20 pm ? I was disappointed to hear Ma Nature was providing an excuse.

We all heard early predictions of “outside in ‘Panther’s Stadium’ rain or shine”. That tells me beyond a shadow of doubt that mass quantities of empty chairs was too much to bear.
