Yes TV weather people said it prob won’t hit US—maybe head off toward Europe etc

And, tropical storm...Leslie? Like Leslie Nielsen?

The storms have changed their track. The parade of storms across the Caribbean that ended with the assault on Louisiana has changed to a northward path up through the middle of the Atlantic. Locally it is giving us the August we missed but a month late. August, which for a lot of years has been rainless and 90-100+ degrees never got out of the 80s this year and it rained all month. September dawned dry and hot and promises to continue so.
