Well, I suppose they are mostly Arabian women. But we could say “Catholic” women or “Jewish” women.
I don’t know what their actual race or ethnicity it, but I do know their religion.
In any event, they are very romantic looking, although of course I question the whole concept and know that life is not a fairy tale.
A racial group is what one is born into, Caucasian , Negroid or Asian(Hispanics are of the Asian group). A religion is a belief one adopts.
