And his particular dry sense of humor has me rolling in the floor.
His main character is Mark Beamon, an FBI Special Agent who stays in trouble with his superiors, because he always does the right thing, even though it will create problems.
About half of his books feature Beamon. He also recent wrote one of the Ludlum books, The Ares Decision.
A list of his books:
Rising Phoenix, 1997
Storming Heaven, 1998
Free Fall, 2000
Burn Factor, 2001
Sphere of Influence, 2002
Smoke Screen, 2003
Fade, 2005
The Second Horseman, 2006
Darkness Falls, 2007
Lords of Corruption, 2009
The Ares Decision, 2011
The Immortalists, 2011
Oh, thanks for that! I’m about to go to the beach...need something new in my kindle.!
Anyone interested in fantasy? Never read ANY before last year, and found Robin Hobb’s fantastic Farseer Trilogy. What a great storyteller she is!
I prefer thrillers, but she sucked me in solidly. After that, I read 3 more trilogies of hers. Great at characterization. Very imaginative.
I liked them better than Game of Thrones.
