when my wife and I got married, we had a 27” tube TV that weighed about 150lbs. then we got a 52” and she kept saying it was “too big” and she never “noticed a difference”. Then the 52” broke and she had to deal with the 27” and she complained. Then we went shopping and she was looking at the 60” models and when we settled for 58” (due to room size), she complained that it might not be big enough.

The next one will probably be in the 80” category..

LOL. We have several TVs, one is HD. Sometimes my wife will go to the den and flip to the channel number she knows... in 4:3 format, refusing to add 500 to the channel number to get the wide-screen version. She says it doesn’t make any real difference to her. I give up.
