Interesting article: Scalia flummoxed about natural born citizenship

This really scares the $^!+ out of me. This is a SCOTUS Justice, supposedly our sentinel of conservatism on the bench, and even he has no clue about the proper definition of a basic, national security provision of our Constitution.

If you are waiting for an alarm, this is it folks. All hands on deck! Pick something you can do to bring this issue to resolution AND DO IT!

Scalia is shoveling horse hockey. If he doesn't know then he needs to step down. If he's giving such ridiculous answers, then again, he needs to step down. But, we know he knows full well the definition. Thomas also knows the definition which is why he admitted the SCOTUS is “evading” the issue. “Evading” has a very shady connotation. All this is proof that SCOTUS has been compromised.
